Hotel Refund Policy

For hotel bookings, the withdrawing competitor will get a Forty Percent (40%) refund of the actual cost.

Note : No refund for hotel after October 2, 2025.

For hotel booking refund, requests received before October 2, 2025 is eligible for a 40% refund of the actual cost.
